There is something very mysterious about you Mist
You look like smoke, but you have no smell
You fill the air, but you have no weight
You wrap yourself around the mountains
But still expect me to know that they are there
Like a ghost, you appear so suddenly
And like a thief, you stealthily varnish with the suns rays
You are playing tricks on me, your intentions must be cruel
Then you smile and move away so swiftly,
Yet you know that my hope, is to catch a last glimpse.
Over the trees and beyond, you are gone!
Leaving me to wonder if I am just not a dreamer
But if I am, then it is a beautiful dream
And if you drown me in your deception
I will gladly fall victim to your guiles.
